Service 01

Restumping

Replace deteriorated stumps and restore your home's structural integrity.

Restumping (also called reblocking) involves replacing the old stumps that support your home with new ones. Over time, timber stumps rot, concrete stumps crack, and steel stumps corrode — causing your home to shift, sag and become structurally unsound. We assess every stump, remove the damaged ones, and install new concrete, steel or hardwood stumps to bring your home back to full strength.

Our Process

Free Assessment
We inspect your home's substructure and identify all deteriorated or damaged stumps.

Service 02

Relevelling

Precision levelling to correct sagging floors and restore your home's balance.

House relevelling corrects the gradual settling and movement that causes floors to slope, doors to stick and walls to crack. Rather than replacing stumps entirely, relevelling adjusts the height of existing stumps using packers, screw jacks or adjustable steel stumps to bring your home back to a true level. It's a cost-effective solution when your stumps are still structurally sound but your home has shifted over time.

Our Process

1
Level Assessment
We use precision equipment to measure the degree of movement across your entire floor.
2
Stump Condition Check
We confirm existing stumps are structurally sound and suitable for relevelling.
3
Adjustment Plan
A detailed plan is prepared showing which stumps need adjustment and by how much.
4
Precision Levelling
Stumps are carefully adjusted using packers or screw jacks to restore a true level.
5
Verification
We re-measure across the entire floor to confirm the level is within tolerance.

Foundation Restoration

Comprehensive repair and reinforcement for older Queenslander homes.

Foundation restoration goes beyond replacing stumps — it's a comprehensive approach to repairing, reinforcing and future-proofing your home's entire substructure. This includes repairing or replacing bearers and joists, treating timber for termites and moisture, improving subfloor ventilation, and ensuring your home's frame is sound from the ground up. Ideal for older Queenslander homes that need more than a simple restump.

Our Process

1
Full Substructure Inspection
We conduct a thorough inspection of all stumps, bearers, joists and subfloor elements.
2
Restoration Plan
A comprehensive restoration plan is prepared covering all required repairs and improvements.
3
Structural Repairs
Damaged bearers, joists and stumps are repaired or replaced as required.
4
Treatment & Protection
Timber is treated for termites and moisture, and ventilation is improved where needed.
5
Final Sign-Off
